MEKO Group is investing in its Commercial Vehicles (CV) division to become the leading partner for CV workshops across Northern Europe. As part of this journey, we are now seeking a strategic and hands-on Group Category Manager – CV to build and lead our cross-country CV product portfolio with structure, passion, and precision.

- Build a well-structured, scalable assortment across MEKO markets – balancing central synergies and local requirements.
- Collaborate closely with local CV category managers and help create a clear, coordinated setup across countries.
- Define the strategic roadmap for CV suppliers – including Tier 1, Tier 2, and private label – in alignment with MEKO’s growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends, OE developments, and competitor setups to ensure best-in-class product selection.
- Drive the commercial enablement of your categories: ensure the right tools, product knowledge, and sales materials are in place.
- Manage key supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, availability, and commercial terms across all MEKO markets.
- Act as a strategic counterpart to MEKO Group Purchasing for CV-relevant suppliers.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure successful internal rollouts and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to building a strong CV catalogue structure and ensure alignment with the needs of CV professionals.
- Be a visible driver of excellence in CV category management across the group.
Skills & Requirements
What You Bring
- Requirement of at least 5 years’ experience in the commercial vehicle (CV) segment, preferably within aftermarket or product/category management in the Automotive Commercial Vehicles sector.
- A structured and strategic mindset – combined with operational drive and commercial sensitivity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally – across sales, category, logistics, and support.
- A customer-focused attitude with a good sense of what CV professionals and workshops truly need.
- Confidence to lead projects and inspire others without formal authority.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with the Aftermarket Business and OE / IAM suppliers is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; other Nordic or Baltic languages are a plus.
